Next, choose courses by job role

Select WSH and Core modules endorsed for each worker’s actual PWM job title.

Cleaners

General Cleaner / Indoor Cleaner / Outdoor Cleaner / Healthcare Cleaner / Restroom Cleaner / Table-Top Cleaner / Dishwasher / Refuse Collector

Choose training or, for cleaners with at least three months’ experience, assessment-only. Both lead to the same WSQ Statement of Attainment after successful assessment.

Supervisors

03 · Additional requirement from 1 July 2029

Plan your licence training

Are the two first-application courses the same as the workforce requirement?

They serve different purposes. Customer Management and Effectiveness Management are the prescribed TSC training route for the qualifying employee in a first Class 2 or Class 3 application. Separately, each applicable worker needs the WSH and Core combination for their PWM job role and the licence class.

Must workers repeat modules they have already completed?

Accepted previous attainments can count. Check each worker’s Statement of Attainment against the endorsed modules for their current PWM job role, then identify any gaps.

Check NEA’s accepted-module guidance
What should I prepare for an enquiry?

Tell us whether this is your first application or a renewal, the class you are targeting, your workers’ PWM job roles and the WSQ modules they have completed. We can help plan the remaining training; NEA determines licence eligibility.
