Choose courses for each employee’s job role and existing certificates. Our Level 1 courses cover core cleaning skills; our Level 2 and Level 3 courses support cleaning supervisors. For licence renewal, use our training guide or ask us to review your workforce training needs.
See licence renewal training requirementsWe offer on-site training for groups of at least four participants. Contact us with your course requirements, venue and preferred dates so we can plan suitable arrangements around your operations.
Training + Assessment includes guided learning before assessment. Assessment-Only Pathway (AOP) assesses existing knowledge and skills without training. Suitability depends on the course; successful assessment leads to the same WSQ Statement of Attainment.
Support depends on the course and learner eligibility. Each course page shows its fee categories and applicable support. Companies can enquire about employer-sponsored enrolment; eligible individuals can check the SkillsFuture Credit options shown for their course.
We offer Food Safety Course Level 1 as Training + Assessment, and an Assessment-Only Pathway that can meet retraining requirements. Enquire about the next available intake.
