Your supervisor pathway questions
Do I need to complete all four supervisor courses?
Not necessarily. These four modules form Adepco’s recommended learning pathway. The courses you need depend on your existing WSQ certificates, job role and employer requirements. Share your training records with us so we can advise where to start.
Which course should I start with?
Our recommended sequence begins with WSH Performance Management, followed by Cleaning Chemical Handling, Customer Management and Effectiveness Management. If you already hold relevant certificates, we can help you identify the remaining modules.
Will completing the pathway automatically make me a supervisor?
The courses develop supervisory skills and lead to individual WSQ Statements of Attainment after successful assessment. Appointment to a supervisor role depends on your employer, experience and job responsibilities.
Can my company sponsor my training?
Yes. Employers can enquire about employee enrolment and eligible funding. Each course page shows its fees and funding options; final eligibility is confirmed for the learner and sponsoring company.
Can I use SkillsFuture Credit?
Eligible self-sponsored Singaporeans can use SkillsFuture Credit towards the remaining fee. Funding and the additional $4,000 Mid-Career Credit differ by course. Check the individual course page or ask us to review your eligibility.
Is this the route for a new cleaning business licence?
New licence applicants have a different training objective. Course 3: Customer Management and Course 4: Effectiveness Management are the relevant modules to discuss with our team. Tell us you are applying for a licence so we can guide you to the appropriate training route.
